Damiano Albrecht

Managing Director, Founder


Innovation and change expert who enjoys setting up and implementing complex IT and transformation projects.

He leads and accompanies our customers on their way to the digital age with industry experience in the automotive (including Daimler, Jaguar Land Rover), high-tech (European Space Agency, Zeiss) and financial sector (including Portigon, ING DiBa).

In addition, he helps start-ups and founders to exploit the full potential of their business models and achieve the next level of maturity through consistent project management.

Enthusiastic for disruptive business models, but also for photography and travel.

Our executives are former top managers who offer their many years of experience as interim managers, coaches, mentors or heads of consulting projects. They also support the recruitment and selection of our teams with their expertise and extensive personal network.

ON, CEO ISTA North America and CEO Heckert Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH.

As a CROWDCONSULTANT, he is primarily engaged in coaching and mentoring, the placement of executives and specialists as well as in start-up support and in advising on digital and cultural change initiatives.

Torsten Ecke


Former CIO of E.ON, VP of Hewlett Packard, start-up COO and strategy consultant.

Extensive experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies, on both sides of outsourcing deals, in the design of internal IT service structures, as well as in the implementation of (large) IT projects and programs, in particular in the field of digitalisation, sourcing, mergers and spin-offs, ERP and infrastructure transformations.

As a CROWDCONSULTANT he is involved in major IT transformation projects, IT strategy and IT sourcing initiatives.

Big changes can only be successful through the combination of "Big Picture", deep expertise and healthy pragmatism.

Ragnar Nilsson


Former CIO of Bertelsmann AG, Aventis Pharma AG and KarstadtQuelle AG.

Broad experience in the set-up and execution of medium to large scale IT-projects, especially outsourcing, insourcing, merger, separation and ERP implementation.

Recognised pioneer in ebusiness and passionate coach for CIOs as well as young, talented project leads. His industry experience covers a wide range including financial services, high tech, logistics, mail-order, machinery, media, pharma, processing and retail.

Alexander Graf Matuschka


Offers career counseling and a large personal network to executives in transition processes. Many years of experience as a mentor for executives (career including Director Career Consulting at Kienbaum Executive Consultants as well as at Rundtstedt) and as a successful entrepreneur (among others Managing Partner of PLUS Bau GmbH & Co. KG, sole Managing Director of HIT, Pirna at the Horstmann Group, Managing Director of IMA Wehrmann and PENTAS Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen, Commercial Managing Director of BSG Bahn Schutz & Service GmbH) and Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers. Dieter Große-Kreul


Has more than 35 years of professional experience in strategy, sales and marketing. As a former account manager, sales director as well as managing director and chairman of the board of directors (e. g. General Electric, Bertelsmann, Daimler Benz, Oracle, Baan, Business Objects, UNIT4Agresso) he knows the requirements of different functions in sales and marketing organizations, especially in the dynamic information technology.

He is also a CEB-certified trainer of the Challenger Sale method.

As a CROWDCONSULTANT he engages as an Interim Manager, Coach & Mentor as well as in the areas of start-up support, sales transformation and strategy & implementation planning.

Prof. Dr. Daniel Beverungen

University of Paderborn


Prof. Dr. Beverungen is head of the Chair of Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn. He researches and teaches the design and successful use of information systems in organizations, especially large application systems with regard to process and data management.

He is also involved in the development of innovative “digital service systems” aimed at opening up new business areas in the high-tech industry and trade. In this context, Mr. Beverungen is also consortium leader/scientific director of the joint research project of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research DIGIVATION. This is supported by CROWDCONSULTANTS as well as practice-oriented master theses on digitization and project management.
